Hello Friend!
I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, coach, educator and mentor. I am passionate about helping women make things happen. I believe coaching lives beyond the ordinary. I support women to discover their purpose, passions and goals. In 2019, I became a Professional Coach after already having obtained a Bachelors in Human Resources, an Associates in Cosmetology Business, and a Cosmetology Teacher License. Though I already had these accomplishments, and had been in the Cosmetology industry for over 17 years, I knew I needed something more.
I discovered iPEC Core Energy Coaching and knew that coaching had become my passion. Having been so lost, stuck, and confused in my own life; I knew I wanted nothing more than to assist other women navigate through the darker waters of life. I have always had a deep passion and desire to fulfill my purpose, and now I am fully confident that it is time to not only share my experiences, but also lend a helping hand to other women going through everything that I have been through.
Once I began my own personal healing, I knew that I never wanted to feel lost and stuck again. Nor do I ever want another woman to feel that way. As a child I grew up watching all of the women in my life settle for mediocre lives without embracing their dreams. I watch as they experienced countless disappointments and ultimately allowed their dreams and passions to drift into a distant memory. I didn’t want that to be me. I don’t want it to be you either.
The iPEC Core Energy Coaching way is to “coach from the inside out.” My job is to ensure you connect with your core thoughts and emotions in a conscious manner in order to fulfill your passions and desires, in a healthy manner. I am here to help you unleash your inner voice through your purpose, passion, and personal goals. No one understands better than me how difficult the process can be. I am here to get you through it. I know how rock bottom may feel, so I can help you navigate the waters to rise from that point. I know what it feels like to be unsatisfied with where you are in life. I want to help you. I have become certified in order to dedicate my time and resources to helping you find your voice and embrace your passions. I am dedicated to helping you find and live in the best version of yourself.

WHAT IS COACHING?
The coaching relationship is a partnership between the coach and the clients. The coach partners with their clients to establish a meaningful outcome for each session that helps them to make progress towards the overarching goal for the coaching engagement.
IS COACHING FOR YOU?

WHAT IS AN ENERGY LEADERSHIP INDEX (E.L.I.) ASSESSMENT?
The E.L.I. is a attitudinal assessment, which is based on an energy/action model. This assessment differs from personality assessments as it is not intended to label a person and have them work well with that label. Instead, it measures your level of energy based on your attitude, or perception and perspective of your world. Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered. By working with a coach using the E.L.I., you can alter your attitude and perspective, make a shift in your consciousness, and increase your energy as the result.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COACHING AND THERAPY?
Coaching and Therapy both create a positive, healing relationship between the coach or therapist and client that is the medium for change. Coaches and Therapists are trained in understanding human behavior and motivation. Both help clients set and achieve their goals.
Coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals in the present and future (doesn’t deal with the past)
Coaching does not involve a mental health diagnosis
Coaching helps mentally well people function at a higher level
Coaching is NOT covered by insurance or health savings account
Therapy can help heal wounds from the past
Therapy treats a mental health or substance abuse problem (which includes everything from severe issues such as PTSD to minor, short-term issues such as adjustment disorders)
Therapy treats mental health or substance abuse problems, it’s generally by insurance and health savings accounts
Therapist are licensed and regulated by the state, which helps insure proper training and ethical and legal standards are followed
